The signing took place in Ho during a retreat for Volta Regional Members of Parliament (MPs) and Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs), under the supervision of the Volta Regional Minister and Regional MPs, as part of the Government’s “Reset Agenda.”
The performance contract is intended to provide a framework for assessing the effectiveness of Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies in the delivery of development programmes and public services.
