Mrs Faustina A. Abulu, the Kassena Nankana Municipal Chief Executive, (MCE) has embarked on a two-day inspection of ongoing and completed DACF-funded projects across the municipality.
The inspection is meant to acquaint the MCE with the progress of work on the projects and to also listen to community members on their other priority needs.
The exercise brought together contractors, community members, and key stakeholders through site meetings, which also aimed at assessing progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring quality delivery of these projects.

The Projects inspected included the construction of CHPS Compound with OPD, dispensary, accommodation, and furnishing at Pinda, which was at the painting stage.

The MCE reiterated the Assembly’s commitment to delivering quality infrastructure to improve education, healthcare, and water access.
She said the NDC government under President John Dramani Mahama was development oriented and would ensure the national cake was shared equitably.
Mrs Abulu said the road network to Pinda, Yua, Manyoro and other communities in the Municipality was not the best and assured that she will lobby central government for something to be done.
